The solution

Creating an improved Innovation and Product Development process led to expanding beyond traditional superfood forms into more broadly appealing snack bars and superfood Boosts, building brand awareness. In addition, the innovation and product planning sessions we created provided a funnel and screening for ideas, shortening the overall development cycle. To build brand equity among existing consumers, we led Navitas through the detailed B Corp certification process, identifying and implementing solutions to improve the overall business structure.

The result

The new product development and launch management processes improved operating efficiencies and shortened the product development cycle, getting products to market faster. Additional shelf placements were gained, as well as expanded distribution into new channels.
